ITS scope of work
Stage 1
- Configuration of IEDs/BCUs for bay control, signal acquisition and processing to IEC 61850
- Metering data acquisition via Modbus RTU
- Connection of all signals to the OCCs, NLDC (A0) and CRLDC (A3) via IEC 60870-5-104
- Point-to-point and end-to-end commissioning with NLDC (A0), CRLDC (A3) and the power plant
Stage 2
- Integration of the 110 kV substation control system with the GE wind power system (WindCONTROL, WindSCADA)
- COD (Commercial Operation Date) testing with NLDC (A0), CRLDC (A3) and the power plant
HMI/SCADA software: zenon (COPA-DATA)
