Design and construction
- Designed and manufactured in compliance with ISO 9001:2015.
- Cabinet frame of steel plate at least 2 mm thick, folded and welded or bolted for tightness and rigidity.
- 19-inch rack-mount brackets with standardized modules for easy replacement and expansion; fixed or swing frames on request.
- Doors open up to 150°, with left- or right-hand handles to suit the installation.
- Internal lighting controlled by door switches; heaters and ventilation fans controlled by thermal sensors.
- Pre-drilled bottom plate with detachable cable glands.
- Earthing bar of at least 70 mm² at the bottom of the cabinet, connected to relay and meter housings.
- VT and CT circuits wired through test terminal blocks on the front for commissioning and annual testing.
- Relay test blocks on the front for VT/CT circuits and digital inputs and outputs.
- Supply and functional circuits protected by MCBs with auxiliary contacts for alarms.
- Internal wiring numbered at both ends to match the circuit diagrams and grouped by function (current, voltage, closing, tripping).
